Celebrating our employees is important to us. Birthdays are recognized on a monthly basis with a celebration for the entire company. We also organize and sponsor company bonding activities throughout the year, such as an engineering and architectural softball league, attending sporting events, a company retreat, casual get-togethers and a company Christmas party at a local venue.

Our new 12,000 square foot “employee-friendly” corporate office includes a gym and showers, full kitchen, satellite TVs, a basketball hoop, ping pong table and a 560-gallon salt water aquarium.
