Mrs. Mortensen brings to Precision Civil Engineering, Inc., her experience with and knowledge of building codes, jurisdictional requirements and processes, planning, entitlement processing, ADA policies, grading and drainage design, storm drainage design, street layout and design, sewer and water system layout and design, erosion and storm water control, air pollution mitigation requirements, and air and storm water pollution prevention compliance.

Mrs. Mortensen graduated from California State University, Fresno, with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

EXPERIENCE

As one of PCE’s assistant engineers, Mrs. Mortensen is responsible for all aspects of a project’s engineering requirements. She acts as a liaison between clients, architects, public agencies, outside consultants, and all team members, monitoring and coordinating the project to ensure all timelines are met. During her career at PCE, she has assisted with the successful completion of numerous residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
