Our People

Nick Bruno is a licensed professional engineer and has an extensive background in development planning, entitlement processing, and commercial and subdivision design and layout. Nick brings his experience in planning and entitlement processing to Precision Civil Engineering, Inc., (PCE) ensuring that all requirements are met and documentation is provided to various agencies in a timely manner. His talent allows PCE to take a project from the conceptual design phase all the way through design to construction.

As one of PCE's project managers, Nick is responsible for all aspects of a project's engineering requirements. He acts as the central communication hub between clients and all team members, monitoring and coordinating the project to ensure all timelines are met. Nick also coordinates with other outside consultants to keep the project on track and is the key liaison between the client and the public agencies, advocating the client's needs and goals, while considering public agency requirements.

During his time with PCE, Nick and his team have been responsible for the successful completion of hundreds of diverse and challenging projects.

Nick's other areas of expertise include: planning, grading and drainage design, utilities design, street layout and design, and water system layout and design. His experience and ability to work closely with clients permits PCE to provide cost-effective designs that meet clients' needs.

Prior to joining PCE, Nick worked for CalTrans in Southern California, where he worked as a survey field specialist, gaining experience with staking, topographic, boundary and ALTA surveys.

Nick holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from California State University, Fresno.
