Nathan Gleaves is a licensed professional engineer and has an extensive background in commercial design, residential subdivisions and apartment design. Nathan brings to Precision Civil Engineering, Inc., his experience with and extensive knowledge of building codes and ADA policies to ensure that each project has proper drainage and is ADA compliant.

As one of PCE's project managers, Nathan is responsible for all aspects of a project's engineering requirements. He acts as the central communication hub between clients and all team members, monitoring and coordinating the project to ensure all timelines are met. Nathan also coordinates with architects and other outside consultants to keep projects on track and is the key liaison between clients and public agencies, advocating client's needs and goals while considering public agency requirements.

During his career with PCE, he and his team have been responsible for the successful completion of hundreds of diverse and challenging projects.

Nathan's other areas of expertise include: planning, grading and drainage design, storm drainage design, street layout and design, sewer and water system layout and design. His experience and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and architects allows him to ensure that changes to the site layout are properly coordinated, addressed and reflected in the design process. This in turn permits PCE to provide cost-efficient designs that meet client needs in a timely manner.

Prior to joining the team at PCE, Nathan worked for three years as an Assistant Civil Engineer for the California Department of Forestry (CDF).

As an Assistant Civil Engineer, Nathan was responsible for managing the design and budgeting of capital improvement projects and providing on-site project management. He also administered the bidding and construction processes, and performed on-site construction inspections when needed. During his career with CDF, Nathan completed design work on several improvements projects for forest fire stations and air attack bases.

Nathan graduated from California State University, Fresno, with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
