Jamie Ohanesian
As Precision Civil Engineering, Inc.'s office manager, Jamie Ohanesian is responsible for the efficient operation of daily company functions. In addition to managing all human resource factions - including employee relations and overseeing corporate policies - she assists with accounting tasks and client development.
Jamie also manages PCE's administrative and computer network staff, and regularly meets with vendors to ensure office supplies are in stock and ready for use. Her other duties include attendance at various networking functions and planning company events.
Jamie received PCE's Employee of the Year accolades in 2004 and was the Building Industry Association of Fresno/Madera Counties (BIA) 2006 Professional Woman of the Year. She is the current president of the BIA women's council.
Prior to joining the PCE team, Jamie had a nine-year career as a law librarian for Baker, Manock & Jensen, managing the largest law library in the Central Valley. Her duties included legal research, overseeing the library budget and managing library staff. Jamie also assisted law clerks with summer training and arranged annual legal training for BMJ's attorneys and clerks.
While at BMJ, Jamie sat on the National Public Relations Board for the American Association of Law Librarians (AALL) and authored a published article in the AALL's law magazine, Spectrum. She was also a member of the Fresno Area Library Council.
Jamie earned her degree in library science management from Fresno City College.
