Precision Civil Engineering, Inc. (PCE) was founded in 2002 by President and CEO Edward Dunkel, Jr., whose family has been providing Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services to the San Joaquin Valley for more than 45 years. Headquartered in Fresno, the firm also has offices in Chowchilla and Paso Robles, California.

PCE is an established, full-service firm, serving as an advocate for our private and public sector clients in the planning, design and construction for a wide breadth of projects. We believe in timely, affordable service and our experienced and qualified staff allows us to fulfill all of our diverse clients' needs.

In an effort to create more cost-effective solutions for clients, PCE offers a comprehensive service package for municipal, land development, transportation, master planning and water/waste water projects as well as complete construction engineering projects and land surveying and mapping services.
